Fred has focused on organically building his two businesses over 35 years, with both companies now enjoying a national name in the industry. This success is centered around Fred’s commitment to believing in people and working with them to help them find their passion — and a position where they can succeed. With such success with his businesses, the creation of a charitable organization felt like a natural extension of that desire.
